Hawaiian Community Assets is dedicated to increasing homeownership opportunities for Hawaii's families through homeownership and basic financial management education programs and one-on-one counseling in credit repair, debt reduction, saving for down payment and closing costs, and post-loan delinquency.
Free homebuyer education courses will cover the following topics: Money Management and Budgeting; Understanding and Accessing Credit; Mortgage Lending Terms; Home Inspection and Maintenance; Financial Crisis; and Charts and Forms. A schedule of courses is listed below:
Kona - January 28th - 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m.
